These terms are between you and AMCRAFTS ("we", "us") and cover the game BubbleNova: Pop Quest (the "game") and the online services that go with it. By installing or playing the game you agree to them. If you do not, do not play.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on Android devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. The game, its art, levels, names, music and code are ours and remain ours. You may not copy, modify, sell, rent, reverse-engineer or redistribute any part of it except where the law lets you regardless of these terms.
You can play without an account. If you create one you must give a working e-mail address, choose a password, and keep the password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13, or the age at which you can agree to terms like these where you live, whichever is higher.
You can delete your account at any time from the game's Cloud Save screen or from https://amcrafts.in/Apps/BubbleNova/delete-account.html. Deletion removes your online progress, statistics and leaderboard entries and cannot be undone. Progress stored only on your device is not affected.
Coins, gems, boosters, characters, companions and everything else in the game are virtual items. They have no value outside the game, cannot be exchanged for money or anything else, and are licensed to you, not sold. We may change, rebalance or remove virtual items as part of running the game. If the game ever offers items for real money, the purchase is of a licence to use the item in the game and nothing more, and the store's refund rules apply.
The leaderboards exist because scores are honest. You must not modify the game, its data or its network traffic, use automation, or exploit a defect to gain an advantage. We may remove scores that fail our plausibility checks, and we may suspend or delete accounts that cheat, abuse other players through their display name, or interfere with the service.
Your display name is shown to other players on the leaderboards. Do not use a name that impersonates someone, is abusive, or contains someone else's personal information. We may change a name that breaks this rule.
The campaign and the offline modes work without a connection. The online features — cloud save, leaderboards, events — depend on our servers, which we may take down for maintenance or, with notice where practical, permanently. We may update the game, add or remove features, and change these terms. When the terms change in a way that matters we will show the new date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the game. Continuing to play after that is acceptance.

The game is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from playing it or from the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop playing and delete the game and your account at any time. We can end your licence if you break these terms. Sections 1, 3, 4, 8 and 10 survive termination.
