• During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5-7 business days
• Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Delivery timeframes vary based on your location:

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
• Other Cities/Towns: 5-7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: Available on all orders.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping may be available in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes can only be accommodated before the order is dispatched.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• For lost packages, please contact us after the estimated delivery date has passed

Undelivered Orders

If a package is returned to us due to:

• Incorrect address provided by customer
• Customer unavailable for delivery
• Refusal to accept delivery

The customer will be responsible for reshipping charges if they wish to have the order resent.
